We’re on the lookout for an outstanding telesales supervisor with robust interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of effectively managing a dynamic and diverse telesales team. The position is located at our Head Office in Pretoria-West.

The Telesales Supervisor will report to and work closely with the National Sales Manager to align telesales strategies with the overall company objectives. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic & self-motivated individual. 

Key Roles

  • Utilise Microsoft tools for data analysis, identifying trends, and making informed decisions to enhance and drive sales performance.
  • Work closely with the buying team to oversee incentive programs, motivating and rewarding the telesales team. 
  • Arrange training sessions for telesales representatives with suppliers to enhance product knowledge and refine sales techniques.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize sales performance and meet key performance indicators. 

Key Attributes Required

  • Attention to detail, with strong admin and organisational ability.
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to work with and motivate a sales team.
  • Knowledge of current telesales techniques and strategies. 
  • Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license. 

Qualification – Minimum Matric National Certificate or Matric Equivalent Certificate. Candidates with a national diploma or degree in related field will be advantageous.

Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in call centre sales environment with a minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant experience. Foundational understanding of pharmaceutical and health related products will be an advantage. 

Computer Proficiency: Proficient using common office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
