Telesales – Durban

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via telephone to promote and sell pharmaceutical products 
• Process orders and provide product information to clients  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams  
• Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service  

Requirements

•  Grade 12 (Matric) – Essential
• Telesales experience in a pharmaceutical or related industry – Essential
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills  
• Intermediate Excel skills and computer literacy  
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate within the organisation  

The role requires a well-spoken, reliable, and proactive telesales agent who is both a team player and capable of working independently. A strong persuasive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions under pressure are essential. The ideal candidate should have a positive, solution-oriented approach and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
